Founded in 1994, CareerNET is a privately held limited liability company, registered in Michigan with sales and operations in Florida. Careernet LLC was an early pioneer in Talent Management solutions when it launched CareerNET.com, one of the Internet’s first successful public career boards. Today, CareerNET.com in conjunction with it's many partners continues to be one of the webs premier career boards, connecting over 25 million business professionals and organizations.
Based on the success of the career board, the founders of Careernet LLC had the foresight to see the growing corporate demand for privately hosted, web-based Talent Management solutions. In response, HRsmart Inc. was soon formed and quickly grew into one of the web’s premier providers of Talent Management solutions. As a result, HRsmart’s award-winning enterprise-level solutions are used today by over 1 million users. Under a unique agreement with HRsmart Inc., CareerNET leverages the technology and expertise of HRsmart to deliver Talent Management solutions that are affordable, easy to use and instantly provide a valuable return on investment.
